What it could be. r they deleted all inactive characters or something like that?
Cuz ı lost everything i have all my characters items costumes.

I have the same problem, all my characters all gone and my veteran status account, but my freind told, he has still my characters in friend list. I am waiting on answer support.
Same problem myself. My acount was veteran status, returned a couple days ago and it was gone. Have created a new account under the same email as the previous one and contacted support to see what's up.
Good to know at least I am not the only one.
Yesterday evening I couldn't log in in my veteran account like it were gone (3 years of playing):
13 characters, veteran, items, friends etc. Last time i logged in was 22th august and everything was fine.
I changed to SSD so I had to install all from zero.
I downloaded the new client (the old one had no problems) but my account was no more!
If it is a temporary error due to a not connected database or other errors is fine, NO PROBLEM, otherwise is not acceptable apart the fact I am worried!
Yesterday evening it didnt worked, now I manage to enter the account changing password, I am downloading the new client and I am downloading the game.
I just logged in... Tell me this is only a mistake... my account must be somewhere else.
From account page i downloaded the client and the server is Mystel.
I see it is INT while my old one was EN. Did it changed or this is totally another one?

I wrote to support and after the new client we have to link the old account in the client to see it according to a certain procedure.
Sorry i dont understand. Did you get back all characters? Could you write what you did to get them back, step by step.

Is there any problem if i post the answer I got from support? I don't think so. Plus posting here should help not sending tons of same requests to support. It is better i post here what they said exactly for not creating confusion, this is what was written to me exactly.
If it doesn't work for you might have done some mistakes or you have a different problem that need a different answer. Don't delete anything!
Be sure you are using the right version of the game and the right region.
"...With the latest patch, to access the game you need to use the Gameforge client. To use the Gameforge client, please register an account here: https://gameforge.com/en-GB/sign-up. After you have one, you then will be able to link your old Tera account to the new Gameforge account.

ANOTHER THING I DID WHEN I TRIED DOWNLOADING THE GAME BY SIGNING IN WITH THE SAME EMAIL
IS CREATING DUPLICATE ACCOUNTS. INFACT THEY SAID:
you have currently attached two brand new Tera accounts to your Gameforge account with the email ***********
You still however need to link your old account by following the steps provided earlier!
ANOTHER THING I DIDNT KNOW WAS THAT I COULDNT USE SPECIAL CHARACTERS FOR RECOVERING PASSWORD. THIS IS WHY I KEEP TRYING FAILING AND CREATING DUPLICATES.

Ok, thank you. I think i also have double account on my email. Right now i reset my passowrd and i wait on email, but nothing come. So well i will see later.

Don't delete double accounts to be sure not deleting the right one please.
I don't know what happens if you delete it atm. Try checking on spam directory or some other directory.
Sometimes it goes elsewhere depending on email rules etc. Plus some extensions in browsers may cause problems.

This should be an automatic procedure. The reset emails should have arrived you by now, maybe check your spam folder.
Yes, i checked my folder spam (like i always do). Unfortunately i don't have any email. I just wrote to support. If i fix my problem i will let know. Mayby will be useful for someone.
