SO YOU MAKE THE MISTAKE AND PUT THE BLAME ON THE CUSTOMER?

  • Hello to ppl who are facing a similar issue like me and to everyone els having trouble logging in.


    FIRST OF ALL OF THE ISSUES STARTED WHEN THE LAUNCHER WAS UPDATED AND THE GAMEFORGE CRAP CAME INTO PLAY(regarding accounts syncing ).

    First it said. INVAID ACCOUNT DATA. > i tried to add my account > " cannot add account " > I then tried logging in to site, > it said " Account does not exist or w/e" I CLICKED REGISTER AND REGISTERED TO MY EMAIL ( which i have been using to log in since 8months or so i have no clue how i register to an already existing account linked with the same email. )

    I got that registered > now i enter the game > 0 CHARACTERS IN MY ACCOUNT.

    MY CHARACTERS ALTHO ARE SEEN ON MY FRIEND LIST IN MY GAME BUT NOT ON MY ACCOUNT.

    I PROVIDED YOU WITH ALL THE INFORMATION ( MY EMAIL , MY ACCOUNT, CHARACTERS , ALL MY PAYMENTS , CHARACTER LEVEL, SERVERS ) IVE SENT U EVERYTHING along with all the screenshots.

    YOU TAKE 1 DAY TO REPLY AND THEN NOTHING. 1 REPLY PER DAY AND NO PROGRESS OF TRYING TO FIX THE ISSUE. WHICH IS ANNOYING.

    despite giving u all proof over my account and its existence. AFTER 6 DAYS OF WAITING YOU TELL ME MY CHARACTERS ARE LINKED TO ANOTHER EMAIL WHICH IS MY FRIENDS. WHICH I HAVE NO IDEA HOW IT GOT SYNCED TO HIS ACCOUNT.

    and today u come and tell me.


    "the e-mail address you currently have attached to your support account and which was mentioned by you in this ticket, does not match the e-mail on the account with listed characters."


    This is last time ll provide you with details before i officially make a legal statement. Im saying this because i have proof of all my payments and the characters associated to this email. All of these crap problems happened only after you updated ur client and launcher and i don flipping know how accounts got synced to different emails. IM NOT THE ONLY ONE FACING THIS ISSUE. SO DONT PUT THE BLAME ON ME SAYING 'the e-mail address you currently have attached to your support account and which was mentioned by you in this ticket, does not match the e-mail on the account with listed characters."


    for some reason i dont have a clue why when i log in to my id no characters are displayed and also some unknown users name is displayed (stillScene6919) which i have no clue who this is.

    this whole accounts being synced to different emails is a issue from ur side. Please dont blame it on me.

    Ive spent time and money on this.

    STOP BLAMING THE CUSTOMER FOR UR MISTAKE/ISSUE PLEASE.


    ITS more annoying considering how you just purchased tera club and this happens and u go days without being able to log in with whatsoever compensation.

    IF anyone else is facing issues similar to this or laucher login problems kindly make posts of it so atleast it goes noticed since i have no trust in support.

  • Theres some weird thing where you have to start the game first time with old launcher icon, then let it go on its own to new launcher and only then its gonna let you sort of transfer the account there. If you register on site before that using old account info id imagine it messing your account and somehow overwriting old one.
