Current Tera community managers

    Hello Tera Team, i hope this thread will not be silenced and deleted by the roboters who are trying to shut down any complainments.

    Since Athena is gone several months ago, YOUR community is trying to communicate with their new CM Threea, giving feedback to the current state of the game and try to give many usefull sugestions to improve the current status of the game.

    Just to make things a bit more clear, there is only a limited amount of players that are actually using the PvP system of TERA, a fact that lead to the decision of merging and turning into PvE.


    Those answers are a punch into a face of everyone who is still playing this game and a shame for a community support. Furthermore this is not the worst. The worst thing is that Athena was at least trying to forward feedback from the community and tried to listen to us. But what the hell is Threea's and Meliones job here? They are ghost! They dont forward, they dont answer, they just exist to post maintenance topics.

    Change this circumstances or change the CM's!

    A company should allways try to improve the communication with their community or costumers. Gameforge is downgrading this from year to year.

    Well seems like business is business after all.

    And we're wondering why TERA loses more and more players every day.

    Athena at least gave an short answer (or liked suggestions/posts which showed some form of communication) but I personally haven't seen anything useful from these three new CM's expect copy-pasta'ing news which are still filled with a bunch of mistakes. Also it doesn't really seem like that anyone working their still actually plays the game considering how the few answers they actually gave were pretty questionable (or completly retarded) to say the least.

    No wonder why there's less ppl actually playing the game , cant imagine how will be next month with this questionable new gear

    You know what feels like a punch in the face?
    Having a weekly thread complaining about how bad the PvP situation is, and then when someone comes around to show interesting or is trying to support the PvP scene you either kick them fot their inexperience or they get hit with the "stop queue".
    What makes it even more funny is that these threads are most often being made by people who would jump on the bandwagon asap because of the salt that will replace their rating points, instead of having the balls to defend any inexperienced player against this toxicity. New PvP players: yes- but not on my team, please.

    That the PvP community has shrunk so much to barely liven up the battlegrounds and still can't get this under control makes you think where the problem comes from.
    Even the chore of farming the sun temple during summer seems less draining than the shit show you have to go through when trying to participate in PvP events as a casual player.


    In all those years you probably flamed more teammates than the number of games you were able to carry or even hold a positive kda, but god bless you have this one quote now. So make sure to butcher it.

    So i dont know why you try to bomb this. The Tera CMs and their forum slaves bomb the community allready enough and they dont even wonder why the whole community is upset.


    And please never say pvp community is toxic. I saw people flaming like hell during basilisk farming cause some nerds dont do the same like all the other farming robots.

    Your point of critique is something the PvP community has set up themselves or at least played a major role in.

    First of all, Thank you for the critics!


    I am not talking for the CM nor the other Mods, but let me share you this. I think i can imagine how hard it is, to announce "important" decisions to the comunity. To pick the right words, the right sentences, the right WAY to share, so nobody would be displeased. The job isn't that easy at all, but i'm pretty sure that there were alot of thoughts and considerations behind ev'ry decisions. Still we're not perfect by any means.


    It is good (i think) to keep an eye to whats the CM/Mods's doing in this forum, just maybe in a more supportiv way, since we are all HERE together to get the best (i call it) "gaming adventure".

    Hello everyone, even if me or the other CM's are not replying to every thread you make about "x" and "y" topic, it doesn't mean that we are not checking everything daily or that your feedback or suggestions are not transferred to the TERA team on a regular basis. To you it might look like it's only about posting news, but in reality it is not. ;)


    About the PvP topic, I understand that some of you were not happy for the news I gave you about not planning to change the current settings (that is not my personal decision by the way o.O) and it was the prefect opportunity for you to have a punching bag for this topic, but I only transferred to you the facts and the current status on this topic, that did not change until today or is planned to, for the near future.
