Tera Account

    Hey guys.

    i have a question, but first of all, sorry for the following bad english :D

    Ive created tera account 3 years ago..
    i have 2 acccounts.. (got some issues with my main account and stuff like that..)
    my problem is since gameforge updated theirs system to 1 account for all games, i cant login anymore. i cant finde any help on gameforge to link my old accounts to the new universal account,

    I dont know what to do, i cant reset password, i cant find out any information what happend with my account or chars. all servers are gone, ( my main was on Amarun (FE) ,
    I want my chars back and all the stuff i bought there,

    i can say the old gameforge client of tera, was so much better than this new one.
    Im frcking hate gameforge now, for that frcking piece of shit called account managment.

    Fricking bastards sending me emails bout tera to both of my old account emails but the moment ive tried to log in with these emails, it says sorry there was a problem.

    So who can tell me where are my accounts, and why i cant login with them?

    AT FIRST IT SAID INVALID ACCOUNT DATA.

    THEN THEY ASKED ME TO REGISTER - I DID.

    NOW I LOG IN AND - NO CHARACTER IN ANYSERVER

    I contacted support- they asked me to provide details of my transaction and character, level, server and stuff FOR WHICH I HAVE SENT EVERYTHING THEY ASKED INCLUDING ALL THE DATA. AND ALSO ALL OF MY TRANSACTION.

    IM HERE WAITING FOR A FIX SINCE 6DAYS NOW. WTF.

    JUST SAY IF U CANT FIX THE ISSUE.. JUST SAY IT. DONT GIVE ME THIS. PROVIDE US ACCOUNT DETAILS AND TAKE 10YEARS TO REPLY BACK.

    Same happened to me. When I try to log in there is always popping up "invalid account data". I even downloaded game again. Changing password doesn't work.

    I have wrote a ticket to support, alright. They answered 2 days later and asked me for my e-mail, character name and server. So now I am gonna wait 2 more days?...



    PS. BTW I can't buy TC... what will you do with this guys?
