So since the latest change to the launcher, everytime I try to play Tera I recieve this unknown error during the "checking for updates" prio to the login screen.
I'm also unable to 'log in' when trying to contact customer support even though my details are all correct as well... here I am. This continues to happen even after resetting my password.
Either way, a little assistance about the launcher error would be great as this is eating away at my subscription time and I dont seem to be getting much luck elsewhere
