hello after the maintenance I realized that I can not open any box, I tried relog, but without success, what can I do ?

I have the same issue but when i went to support the normal happen for en support team 0 help this was the response. "
We have forwarded the description of this problem to our TERA Team, so a fix can be implemented. It is not possible to fix your account alone, therefore we ask for your patience and understanding. " this is the help you get when Tera staff cant do there jobs.

we have been, all they come back with is wait for patch we still waiting for that patch to come, these kind of things should be sorted asap since they are your p2w boxes. But why Close the Post this is an ongoing problem clearly alot have reported this issue, give us some feed back if something is going to happen or must we just leave the game for 3 years and wait for a patch to come out one day.
Bottom line is we asking for some for of information regarding this.
lets hope its not wait for the patch or we waiting on someone to do there job correct the first time.
