rollback & guardian missions event compensation

    many players lost all the guardian missions and have no time to do them again today before the reset.

    you should extend the guardian mission event by at least 1 day to compensate.

    im not going to do 9 char again after a day like today.

    Yea flame the ones who try to give you allmost free +70 and skill exp because of 32 bit issues...Good Job.

    i don't care, i'm 70 since age now ... do you know how much gold it cost to get a 2.0 mount without pay2win ... of course i'm ungratefull

    You can try support if you have screenshot of it. I don't know if they can help you in that speciel case but it#s worth the try.

    That's the problem.

    When will you people understand that Gameforge are PAID PROFESSIONNALS.

    Their job is not to TRY, it's to DO. And this kind of event is not a present from them, it's part of their job managing the game. And we're paying them for that.

    Maybe you're a F2P player and don't care, but I've paid monthly to play this game since 07-2012, and when I pay for a service, i expect to get it.


    If the ppl building your house fail miserably, are you gonna say "too bad, but i can't flame the ppl trying to build me a house..." ? Seriously.

    Whatever the situation, when you're a PRO doing your job, you have to do it right.

    Idk why people blame all the time Gameforge if Bluehole is providing those patches.

    It is hard to test a patch with just some people as the result CAN be different from a live server.

    When applying the patch, thousands of people are doing different actions that leads to faster finding bugs/failures in the source. The best way to find bugs/failures is having players playing the patch.

    i'm not against the fact that sometimes you have to make a roll back because a patch don't work as intended. But why do you make a rollback of hours ?! the best practice before applying a patch is to make a FULL BACKUP before ... so stop server do a backup, apply a patch, start server ... is it that hard ?? evrery one in IT knows that

    i mean differential restore, restoring data with the difference between the backup and the time they've put server back to keep items and so on. anyway, i won't ever see my 2.0 mount ever. will have to spend more gold for boxes and pray agin, it only took me a year to have a chance to get one anyway so ...
