Fix it pls the xp event , i just finished macelarius after 7 pm and xp was back to normal.
XP event was meant to be whole weekend, but ended in 1 hour

Hello, there are unfortunately critical issues with the event so it had to be deactivated.

Getting more than 2.1bil exp converts it to 0 exp.

You should launch your XP event on thursday, as there is always a different bug every time.
At least on week days, maybe we would have more chance to see a technician repairing it for the week-end.
Btw, thank you very much for gardian event, at least this one is working and is very rewarding.

there is an issue currently with the fusion of pets/partners, causing both fused pets/partners to disappear (while the gold cost is consumed) and also locks you out of the character permanently.

Please do not use this function, until the issue is fixed!
In addition, due to an unexpected error with the EXP event, it had to be deactivated, since it caused users to lose EXP / Levels through the Azart Teleportal.Our apologies for the trouble caused, we will inform you once we have more info about the fixes.

You know how to avoid XP/Level loss? Using uint (unsigned integer) instead of int (signed integer) for XP gain

That would also double the maximum XP we can get at once (4.2billion instead of 2.1)

So they will rollback i lose my lvl and items what i got... Actually makes me mad i use my time to grind and play the game k not long couple hours but still just gonna lose everything because there is always something going wrong or just a typo...

Will the XP event be reactivated this evening / week-end ?
Not that I care about having one more lvl 66 brawler, but so we can know what to expect after this 2 hours + maint. -

Same here, just reached lv 70 with my priest, used my 100% xp boost, all wasted....time wasted as well

So because some people lost about 2billion XP because of Azart's Nest, we're all going to have a regular XP week-end instead of +300%, AND we will all lose the hour we spent grinding while that bonus was on (+ the 2 hours emergency maintenance).
Why couldn't those players just grind a bit to re-gain their XP (like 1 or 2 dungeons as there still was the +300% boost?) instead of wasting every other players' week-end?
I swear they would have gain far more XP that what they lost by now
Phr3nic Yeah I know, but who knows, maybe they could go there and yell "WHY CAN'T YOU GUYS USE UNSIGNED INTEGERS FOR GAINED EXP??"

AFAIK the big problem is not the people losing some exp. But there were other (more serious) problems like the bug when trying to fusion two pets. IMHO that is why they are rolling back.
Using unsigned integers would only postpone the problem. One day we will reach more than 2^32 exp - and then? Sure, it will not be negative - but still it will be wrong. Using int64 would be a sustainable approach. But then we might have performance issues, unless the game/engine would be compiled in 64bit. But that is not likely to happen. (You have to get a PS4, then you have a 64bit version.)

marawar 2 weeks ago, they warned us that going over 2.1 billion XP would result in getting 0, and this would have been fine (hey we have been warned several times now), but they found it unexpected that it actually results in losing XP, and using unsigned integer/long/whatever would have solved that problem.
I initially wanted to add that they could have used long or even ulong but I didn't, precisely because I felt that it could lower the performance.
I still find it funny that this still happens (if any of you knows of GameForge Runes of Magic, you might remember that if you had more than 2.1 billion Talent Points you would get a negative amount, so you had to spend your points before reaching that amount and never, never reset your TPs)

Can we NOT have an event compensation for this pls after 2 failed Exp events I'd rather not have anything than having to deal with another mess like this. Tyvm.
(Just send everyone 10x elleon marks and call it a compensation kek)
