    Can you explain why in the patch notes of Patch 85 you stated this:




    I understand if by "Goblin Smugglers' League coins" you mean these TERA_ScreenShot_20190828_212644.png

    ,but by far saying that those coins can be obtained from Vanguard Initiative Quests is scandalous.


    I don't see any icon of these coins in the quests , and I've done plenty of dungeons in the past 2 days, yet not a single coin was added to my inventory. So far the only way to obtain them is from the story quest in Velika. 1 coin per character... And this



    So am I suppose to create 80 or 600 characters in order to get some items freely without spending cash to your RNG boxes ? Very nice.

    Please fact check things and give your player base the real information. I was looking forward for this system , but it looks like another failure to add this month.

    Ironically , after I posted this thread 3 coins dropped in Ghillieglade. But it's still a low amount for the price of the items . With 3 coins you get purchase some Stormcry enchanting / Heroic upgrading materials from Allematheia Mystery Merchant, with a limit ( e.g you can get 2 Veilt per account for 6 coins, but everyone can get Veilt from dungeons nowadays :^) )

    Where do you find these merchants? They said they are in the 4 capitals but I can't find him in Highwatch. Didn't search in the other cities tho.

    The cities merchants are simple to find. Thankfully they are marked on the map of each city.



    But they are not active all the times and there isn't any global message to aware their activity. From what I've seen , when a city merchant is active they remove their mask (at least in preset 0-2) and have boxes behind them.



    However there is another type of merchant, regional . A global message will appear when regional merchant spawn and where & when they leave,but on specific continents (e.g you're in Highwatch and you see the message Verrak has spawned in Val Oryin ). These merchants are goblins and carry items for Companions. Val Oryin merchant is a goblin one and is the one I used as an example at the start of the thread. And it's spawns here:

    I got coind drop in ghilge couple times, they drop in stacks of 1-3 and seem to have similar drop rate to combat accelerator potions. So its pretty easy to do it 10 times and never see any..


    Anybody knows locations of other regional merchants ? Like the one in amadjuak trading post. I remember seeing message that something spawned in sienna canyon region but couldnt find him.

    I've done well over a hundred of runs, but I have like 80 coins atm.

    Another one of those typos/type's I guess, and I mean no disrespect to the work done by saying this.

    'False advertising is the use of false, misleading, or unproven information to advertise products to consumers.'

    It's starting to happen in unhealthy amounts as of late, since it's not a product that will be/is/was bought with money the above is only misleading information but nonetheless trust in the company publications is a whole nother issue.

    I haven't found that one, but I found Veracun who according to the alert spawns in Velika. Well, turns out he's not actually inside Velika but in Velika Outskirts, around the Super Quiz Bowl area:

    It's definitely more than 5 minutes because it took me a while to find both of the ones I managed to find. I don't know how long exactly, but I would say at least half an hour, so there's plenty of time.

    Edit 2: I was unable to find Foretta in Poporia, but I was right about the time: he was there for 30 minutes.

    It seems they have multiple different spawn points and don't always appear in same location. Stuff they have is highly limited aswell. For example legacy essence was 10 in stock but i could only buy one per account so 9 would be left for other people. There were also items with only 1 in stock.
