Outside healers might be a lil problem here* but anyways I really like that suggestion - PvE players won't be affected by Outlaw and PvP player would mind their own business. Bump!
* unless old Outlaw rule will be still here (if you lock/buff yer insta getting Outlaw on)

I had some fun last day pk with score even tho they had more ppl and gear.
We fought at 3 different world bams in a row with pk.
Yes pk is rare but when it happens it can be really fun.
Specially with mystels population pk would be used even more.
They still should add pk to velika outskirts only since there are pk bugs allover that ppl could explout.
Even pve ppl would be happy with doing slaying guardian missions, so nobody loses.

They should add a server with low level pk available (outside of Stepstone Island, Velika and camps/safe zone) as well as open world content that encourages pvp and allows gearing/progression.
