So, i have 2 chars in both mystel and killian making it 4 in total, will they get deleted on merge? i dont have additional char slots on any of those servers

You won't be able to login and will be forced to delete characters till you are no longer over the limit.
Get a veteran key, ~12 bucks and u'll have 7 slots (+1 after merge)
