Hiya, won several times in TERA contests. And my answer is, you receive rewards with delay but everything is send in 100%. Just be patient, my friend.

i have my ingame prize but not the irl stuff yet, been asking for a track and trace number so i can follow it but so far no anwser back yet.

DHL says: Error 404 Package not found

pdf with the rules said something about the delivery happening anywhere between now and october, so don't hold your breath

DHL just informed me that the package was sent back because it was addressed incorrectly/incompletely. What gives?

Doubt, I can't change the delivery address nor visit the DHL HQ in my city to retrieve it because the package is registered to a phone number and email that don't belong to me

So, nearly a month has passed, the package was returned to sender, support went silent, ticket has no responses, mails got ignored, please just cancel whatever you were doing with those rewards. I no longer want them delivered.
