New possible player

    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN Can anyone help with an issue of not being able to login neither to play the game nor to support. I am aware that support needs a separate account which I have already done but I still can't login to the game neither open a ticket. Thank you and regards VAQUM

    This is n autOmattiC Answär maschin. Since thiss gAme Will be Turned off Shrtly. We ca nt allow new plaYers to Login..To prevent furthEr cashgrap.


    Wait a few hours maybe something crashed @ gameforge. If the problem persist try another browser or Dunno.

    (Or your homeland have an IP-lock)

    I can access the support so it works / game i cant say because i need the place for other things on my hard-drive.


    Only thing i can think of is .. Browser problems or a blocked IP/country . sry

    Hi Xilokz. I have no idea how to contact a PM because I can't login to the game. Is there an email address?

    Tera seems like they don't really care nor take notice of issues that can improve the registration of possible future players. I am sure this is affecting other possible players. In any way thanks for at least trying to assist.

    Sadly its normal .. The developer and publishers of tera dont care for their game.


    Not even a Co-ma with recent activity cares reading their forum or say something.


    You can write a PM in this forum. In the right upper corner you have a menu to open a conversation / PM. Just write a Pm to " Athena " about your problem.
