I am que-ing for cs today for 40 minutes, yesterday for 2 hours, and nothing. I am also queing for Liliths Keep for 40 minutes now as a healer and nothing.
Is there a certain time when you should que for dungeons and cs? Or the game is just dead?

About CS - q in jackpot times, or +- 4-5pm CET time. U want to pop CS at 10 am, when ppl has work/studying/sleeping, not a good way.

About queing for the dungeons, you might wanna check if there is any Event for any Dungeons going on atm. It might pop more often.
