Tera Club Rewards now are shared in all servers?

    I didn't get my supply box and dragon flame either yesterday on Killian and of course no one will get any compensation as usual when it comes to things like this...

    Confirm that rewards for TC are still shared between servers... like really ?

    Was this announced , was this planned and not publicized ?

    Today I didn't get dragon flame and the supply box was greyed out as well. I saw it was there when logged in to my Mystel char and wanted to keep em for my Killian char so I didn't touch them, but when I went to KIllian and wanted to pick them up I wasn't able to do so.... Yesterday I got them both but only on 1 server.


    PS: and pls don't tell me to contact support, here is my ticket, above, I don't wanna waste any more time for sending tickets and waiting for a robot to answer me, ty.

    At least the +100% exp pot is character based so i guess its worth if you play on 1 server


    (inb4 gameforge fix this part but not the banyaka flame/club supplies part)

    I have always had the club mount on my action bar under the R key and now each time I log I have to keep putting it back. Most times I forget and so when I go to fire up the mount its not there. And its kinda frustrating and only started after the last patch.


    By the way nothing else is set to use the R key. And its been working no problem up to now.

    Nobody gives a sh!T about this matter , no one gives a dead rat's a$$ about answering why this ninja change about TC perks ! Is a preview for servers merge !? HEEELLLOOOOOOO ... ANYOOONNEEEEE !?!??!

    So, all of this will gradually slide into oblivion, players (what's left of them anyway) will slowly forget and adapt to given situation or will just leave this jerk company and their game.<X

    First of all, both threads are discribing a different issue, an issue WE players are/were aware of, we opened threads for them, to discuss about them, try to ask for a solution, what did you do?

    You did not make any official post that A; the issue is there, we know about it,; B: we are trying to fix it. Now, you deleted your own question and mine as well. Great job.


    If i could suggest you a few things, first of all, if there's a problem regarding the game and you know about it, do not wait for players to open threads for them, ANNOUNCE it, inform us about the problem and that you're aware of it, that you are "trying" to fix it. When you think the issue is fixed, ANNOUNCE it again, and then ask for a confirmation.


    PS: I was on my phone on the way home. when I posted and my question was deleted, I still don't know what you have fixed, club items being shared between servers or club items not reseting.

    I saw today that my thread was moved to the bug section of this forum and i was amazed from 2 things.

    First i couldn't even find it for several minutes and......

    ....SECOND i saw that NOONE from the staff answered there nor forwarded it.


    So my question is this

    By moving this to the bug section you admit its a bug?

    or You have no idea?


    At least tell me who i can pm so i don't have to create 2 topics for same reason.


    If you wanna move it to the bug section which noone ever reads fine do it ... but please answer first or forwarded it.


    Its for Tera club ... do i have to mention how important that is?

    About what I deleted, is because the event of leveling a popori brawler had some issues and I wanted to post that should be fixed now and we needed the confirmation from the users. You can see it here: Popori Brawler - Leveling Event
