Well 1st of all GTX1050 2GB is LOW end hardware but anyways we cant see the error coz link is invalid. Reupload pls.

I guess it's the joke error message like "Your version of directX is corrupted, outdated or missing...etc"
Don't ever listen to those error messages, they are mostly false and misleading. I have a 1080Ti with 11GB and get this message sometimes, and i think i get this since Lv70 patch.
According to my experience, it's mainly caused by those f-censored-g automatic graphic quality adjustments (you can't really disable them with settings by the way...). So, when the game constantly change textures quality, at some point the game client give up and crash.
It has NOTHING to do with your hardware or DirectX version or anything.
Also, my game tends to crash easily when playing the in-game videos, right when it switch from hideous texture to HD ones. It insta-crash.
So, go in the game settings, try to disable or at least reduce the most possible auto adjust graphics... and hope
(you can't disable guardian area graphi changes, the settings doesn't work)
