Honestly, I'm pretty sure the idea behind removing DSU (the one that dropped 2.0s) was cuz people stopped cashing in to have a slight chance of getting a 2.0

Im not , 2.0 it's not necessary for everyone, only for try hards or ppl who actually enjoy do score runs.
Game already give you the option to get a 1.5 farming scales, if u want something better u can buy TT or buy it on Broken , is not like its untradeable like other things.
If u are not +3 im sure u dont even need a 2.0,, better get good,, farm BIS gear and start saving gold if u want a pve advantage at that point

I'm still trying to buy a 2.0 phoenix for like 7-8 months now, I even transfered my " I don't even play" reaper to mystel with items and gold like 6 month ago, since it's hopeless to sell/buy anything on Killian (in fact broker is dead since they introduced broker fee).
But no, I have the gold for it, but no one sells, or if someone is finally selling one, it costs 4-5M....
I am still crying that I missed one for 2,6M months ago...or years (?)

Are you stupid or something? Serious Question. There are NO 2,0 even if you really want to tryhard PvE. And since when do P2W Items get justified because its only for "tryhards" There is no disclaminer in TERA shop saying "Warning, this item is only for PvE Scorerun tryhards".
And yes they are P2W. It doesn't matter if YOU or another one needs to buy TT to get this mount. In then End someone paid real money to get said mount. Imagine no one sells TT from now? What should all the people do? Make screenshot of their gold and send it to TERA support?

I mean you don't understand that there is no Supply for 2,0 Mounts because the BOXES that you or a TT Seller buys are completely Scam. How often fo you See "Player X obtained <insert 2,0 Mount Name>" ?. Right very fcking rare because the chance to get one is garbage. I opened idk over 200 of these boxes (40k Gold each) that over 8 Million Gold and guess what not even a 7 day one. I already paid more than the double of a 2,0 for nothing (they are usually sold for 4 - 5m).

Yikes, u dont need a mount to progress in this game , if u are a pve trap who need every advantage possible for clear "endgame" content i just can feel bad.

Do you have some mental problems? You know that 1,5 and 2,0 Stack. If 2,0 would disable 1,5 it wouldnt be that bad. And who said we need them to clear endcontent? Nobody said that. If I Want best in Slot no matter if i deal 1k dps or 10000000k dps then i want it. There is something called Character progression.
You are just a troll with some problems. because you don't understand the problem. Let say you can buy something from the shop which can oneshot everything. Accroding to you it would be okay since you don't need it to progress the game. Ofc you don't need A 2,0 to clear Bahaar or any other dungeon. But clearing faster is always better because you save time. We already wasting so much time in LFGs.
And before you still spread you bullshit that i don't play PvE at all

Honestly it's simple. I was lucky to clear DS before it got removed and got my 2.0 from there. Since then, there has been NO way of getting a 2.0, and that's simply stupid. No, it's not needed, but reaching the end of progression for your character is something every PvE'er wants to do. And with this non-existent way of getting a 2.0, it's impossible for any player to get full BiS.

locking the 2.0's behind the paywall just makes sure you cannot hit BiS without the shop, which happens ot be the definition of p2w.
People arent complaining bout their price to begin with or how easy or not they are to get, the complain is the utter lack of a ingame source for them, regardless of how ludicrous and that na item that every player will want at some point for minmaxing is hidden behind a paywall+RNG.

This btw. Imagine if you couldn't get Legendary trinket in WoW, because it was locked behind paywall? It's not necessary to clear Mythic raids no, but it's damn useful. Let's be real: If there's some BiS items locked behind paywalls because they don't wanna implement content, then there's something seriously wrong with the game.

So, i just read this whole thread. Just saying: I bought around 300 Boxes, to get my 2.0 (ofc not all at the same time, just over the weeks and months). I would enjoy a change, but i dont think its necessary. But take the rng out of the partner system...

patheticreply on how 2.0s are 'supposed to be rare', which is simply false as in other regions they're a lot more available (not even in game, I'm talking about non rng supplies from the cash shop).2.0s, as mentioned earlier, are an insane dps boost, and they've been out for quite a while (more than two years). While introducing new mounts in the cash shop is understandable, what is not excusable anymore is the complete lack of sources for this buff. Having an in game source would be the natural consequence, or at least a guaranteed drop from some affordable shop purchase, and I'm not talking about the latest mounts or those with secondary effects, I'm talking about the original vanilla Ancient Mighty Dragon. The dps differences are noticeable, making this, as it is now, a legit p2w buff.
Moreover, always as mentioned in the previous posts, the latest patches introduced a lot more rng which makes dps imbalance a lot more noticeable, notably relics/halidoms and pets.
Golden relics and halidoms were now introduced as rewards in the seashell event (the shop one). You can buy one tier one each for 600 tokens. The maximum tier is tier V, and as the enchant chances for each tier are known, it is easy to find out on average how many tier I relic/halidoms are needed to reach tier V: around 3600 each. As the seashell jackpot gives 1500 tokens, you can do the maths.
Pets too introduce a huge power buff, and the source in game is absolutely slow compared to getting them from the cash shop (through, yet again, rng boxes). And their enchantment is rng too. Here's a graph that shows the assumed money needed to obtain the best pet possible:
Yes, that's a lot of money.
In conclusion, please reconsider your policy regarding 2.0s.
