bonjour ! voila j'ai un petit problème j'ai déménager vendredi dernier je me suis donc retrouvé sans internet jusqu'à hier et en voulant me connecter a Tera hier et il me dit" compte bloqué veuillez contacter le support " ce que j'ai fait mais toujours sans nouvel depuis hier aprèm

Depuis le patch 80, j'ai croisé plusieures personne qui ont eu ce message à la connexion, mais c'est passé après avoir redemarré le launcher 2 ou 3 fois.
Je suppose plus que ça relève du bug que vraiment du statut du compte.
Dans tous les cas, attends la réponse du support. Si c'est un bug ils ne verront rien d'anormal. si c'est effectivement un blocage, ils pourront te donner la raison et éventuellement le débloquer.

bonjour même soucis, et j'ai claqué mes 50Go de connexion de tel pour voir si le ré-installé changerait quelque chose mais rien. par contre j'ai tout cela en console qui s'affiche. j'ai envoyé un ticket au support.
