Why i can't transfer ?

On this first screenshot, it's the Elinu's tear (the old version, which you have 100+).

I had aswell over 400+ when was transfering from Killian to Mystel, and that was the item which didn't let me transfer.

If you still can't transfer the first picture character, make sure there is no costume/gear in your inventory which is bound to an other character than yours.

If all gear, costume belongs to you, then remove the Egg dye, as it's event item and can be blacklisted.

Second picture, check costumes are bound to your current character.

If all good, try to put event items in the bank (sadly not all bankable) and try to transfer that way (no need to complete it, so you can still log back and spend them if they were the problem)

If still error, ask the support from the leftover items and confirming the above steps has been done.
