Can't login to my account

    I tried login to my account yesterday's night then i suddenly found myself blocked and that i need to contact support for some reason. I sent a ticket to support yesterday and i don't use vpn nor proxy. I don't understand why i'd get blocked ? I'd appreciate the help

    - If you are still able to login on that website, then try to login again in the launcher


    Should work. Seems to happen to more people lately. If its still up after this then it means you actually did get banned and you just got to wait for support to reply to you.

    I tried what you've mentioned but it's not working still. Do you know how long it takes for them to answer a ticket ? it's been about three days now. which days they are off ? i am not familiar with their weekends
