It's time to say goodbye to Tera

    Two weeks ago I got blocked because someone presumably stole/hacked me my account. I submitted a ticket and then Support asked me for a specific documentation concerning a credit card that I did not use. Besides, Support did not find traces of attempted hack and they cannot help me anymore. And I do not think it is a temporary block. Perhaps someone had the same issue before. If so, you are welcome to share your experience.


    I have been playing Tera for 6 years. All my 9 characters, more than 2 million gold and all the experience have gone from one day to another. To some extent it is unfair but that is life.


    This thread will not give me back my account but I just feel that I had to share this.

    I did get blocked as well suddenly two days ago for no reason was playing normally then few hours later when i tried to get on , i couldn't said i needed to contact support. It's kinda annoying waiting all that time for them to tell me why i did get blocked.
