Hello, A ban without a reason or a mail informing me.

  • The reason Im making a thread here is because i tried all possible ways to reach the eu team and their support system and i cudnt. Hence i thought at least if i put it up here they'd see.

    I did log in and play for while in the evening everything was fine and working. I had to go out and got back home 3hrs later and tried to log and get to see " ACCOUNT BANNED " No mail being sent me regarding why the ban or any other information.

    I, have not been toxic to anyone in game.

    have not abused any law set by the eu team.

    haven't used any hacking tools.

    never even used any vpns for log in nor did i log in from either different places or to any other accounts.

    i just even paid for the tera club recently.

    Just so frustrated to be banned without a reason. Without even knowing why, when i haven't done anything wrong.

    i cud'nt contact support since if i typed my email i used to log in, it says it doesn't exist/account banned.

    so i had to make a secondary account to communicate.

    Again after making the secondary account i tried to use to support system and the capcha was just reloading new ones altho im very sure ive 100% typed the right one. so after few tries i get this message " Sorry, you tried more passwords than normal users should. To protect accounts with weak passwords you are locked out for a while. If you are not a password guessing bot please come back in three hours (and maybe use the password recovery email instead of guessing). See you later! "

    i had to wait 3 hrs to retry it and got the same message again. so i thought, it would at least reach the team if i put it as a post.

    Also im extremely sorry for openly posting this/ since i had no ways to enter the support system i couldn't explain this privately either thru the support or FB

    ive sent the team 2 emails and waiting for the reply.

    I Hope to know whats happening.

    in your screenshot, second paragraph, you said: "OK first off my account is blocked so i could not even log in to contact support".
    This indicates that you assume you can log on the webpage with your normal in-game Tera account, but this is not the case. You need an extra account specifically for the support page.

    Again, creating a new id on the normal tera webpage doesn't help you since it's not related to the support system. It's not the captcha that's preventing you from logging in, you simply didn't actually create a support system account.

    The account you make there is not tied to your in-game account. So even if you are banned ingame, you can still login there. You can't use your in-game id to login into the support system though.
