My character is bugged since new patch 80...Every time i relog there is a new number of Adventure coin and blank instances!!!

I did and all they ask is if i have any problems going in to instances with this character!!! I said "I dont have any issue with instances yet, but i dont know if any problems will appear later and i dont wont to delete this character because i spent a lot of time and effort in him!!!"

Hi, I play on mystel server, I can't open Smart boxes at all, I tried relog, I tried on other characters, I gave boxes to some friends to try to open them and it doesn't work, I made a ticket and after 4 days I still haven't an answer, I don't know what happens or when it will be solved, does anyone have a suggestion, or does anyone know when it will be solved, does anyone have this problem or does my account just have a problem
