Where is my Relics slots? :o

So the problem is following,.

After patch 80 i'm missing 2 slots for relics and this applies to my every character also inspecting the others doesn't show me these slots... they simply are not here.

Can someone tell me what's going on? Thanks in advance!

I did i don't have any mods.

Problem solved. It turned that i had one last UI mod somewhere in my files.
