Other servet starts with 70% exp

this is somethnig i noticed tho not major

the brawler i have came from the previosu event server "Manahan" which had different exp requirements this caused it when patch 80 hit, to basically overflow with exp, being already bout 80% of the way ot 66 with no play time.
