    Is seems that you missed the most important point from the link that you posted from the 06-02-2019 maintenance, as the first point says:

    Strong Bravery Potions:


    With an upcoming game update this month (currently scheduled for February 19th), we're going to remove the Strong Bravery Potion from our various ingame reward boxes.


    So basically for me everything is correct as it was a previous advise that today the Strong Bravery potion will be changed to normal Bravery from various sources ingame.


    This will, instead, happening tomorrow 20th as you can see here
