Where is the Gameforge staff when players need it?

    So we are all here waiting for you to fix the account problems that you made with the maintenance, its okay , it can happen and we all understand it, but after 16 hours that you said that you knew what is the problem you said nothing? NOTHING in 16 hours 0 answers, 0 fixes, 0 "temporary solutions" , have you banished? are you fired? can someone of gameforge please come and explain whats going on for the last 16 hours and when is possible that we have a fix?

    Where did the state that they knew the exact problem? As far as I can remember, they said that they are still trying to pinpoint the problem and that they are in close communication with the developer.
