  • Very interesting. I have two collector's edition accounts and on both I get the same error but on a newly created f2p account I don't have any issues and I can log in without any issues.

  • I am getting tired of not getting any updates as to how far they are, from finding a fix. There has been nothing coming from them ever since they said: "we know there is a problem, we're trying to fix it.". It is getting me down and I was really excited for this. Now I am getting the sneaking suspicion that this will take far longer than a lot of people, are willing to wait. We need UPDATES, please for the love of everything that is TERA Classic, gives us some damned information!

    Kiareko, one of the GMs, said that they are positive they can pinpoint and fix the issue within this very day, but don't take this as a confirmation or anything. Let's just hope Gameforge is actually able to fix it today.

    And what about it? Considering the community after some of us reach level 60 we won't be able to join any groups for dungeons anymore and the game is practically dead for these players. But good effort to you for trying to help.


    Oh, it's not the community's fault but because there's little incentive to support new players.

  • The support sent me an answer on my ticket I wrote.


    They basically said that I should try to repair the launcher (which I already did) and that I should send them error codes/screenshots and a dxDiag error log. I hope that helps to resolve the issue soon but it doesn't look like the support knows how to fix it yet.

  • My account is a veteran's one from the subscription days - I bought six months in advance, that's how old it is. Whenever there's a problem with routing or servers I'm always affected by it. The problem is always resolved but it's a bit annoying. And that's all it is, really, an annoyance.


    The heads up to anyone with an older account when events are announced is not to spend any money - you may well find yourself locked out. Repeatedly. I do feel for people who bought Club for this server and I hope you get reimbursed.


    This classic server owes me nothing so I can't really get too upset about it, but there are plenty of people who broke out their credit cards to support it...

  • Have not played this game in years except for logging in from time to time to see if anyone i know is still playing.


    Was actually pretty hyped about this classic server, the VM1 and VM2 times were the best i had in the game so i was looking forward to it. Unfortunately of course i had to be affected by this issue.


    My account is as old as the game incase it means anything.

    Yeah but since everyone that can log into the Classic Server left the normal servers. It was hard to get into dungeons even before Classic Server. So the normal ones are pretty dead right now. Eventually we can't play on both. How beatiful...

    Yeah. They've messed up something relating to existing/older accounts. This is becoming clearer as people post.

  • So, It's been a whole day and still no info from GF. Hope there will be a compensation at least, since my friend( and me too ) kinda missed a lot of fun with everyone leveling

    i dont think this is necessarily true seeing as how i was able to log into my boyfriends account through my launcher with no issues, his account is fairly old and its a veteran acc

    i have veteran on my account as well, it is however only from 2014 and yet, eventhough he has the account thats considerably older, hes able to get in, and im able to get in with it as well

    Not all the accounts got affected obviously as my GF's account is working just fine. Its a russian roulette with accounts it looks like. But for sure its an account related issue as ive tried to login via a VPN and it says the account is blocked upon trying to login in the launcher.

    oh yes, definetly an account related issue, i just dont think its related to the age of an account seeing as creating a new account didnt work for me, and one of my friends who made an account specifically for the classic server yesterday also is locked out
    my bf has a second account thats also locked out of the game, so all in all this issue is really bizarre

    As previously mentioned, our teams were working to find a solution on this issue as soon as possible. Unfortunately it wasn't something easy to solve and this is why it took so long.
