Was it an intended secret change (again) that we no longer get any EP XP for BAMS after reaching the cap, only for the VG quest for the BAM itself?
If it was an intended change, then it was a bad move imho, not much use of your 50/100% EP boosts anymore without Kaia's Will, club members have even less reason(s) to actually stay club members after this...unless you maybe replace that 30% item XP with at least 2 Kaia's Will 
You get a miniscule amount after reaching the cap still, like 2xp
Trust me, I've done nothing but kill 120 nagas daily for the last two weeks
Maybe you were hunting them before reaching the daily softcap, the amount is 30 per bam
Well, it's still a huge nerf, we got a lot more than 2 xp before, it was at least noticeable....
No we didnt, it has always been this low once you reach cap.
So either you simply never paid attention to it or you had a lot of left over XP and thus increasing your cap for the day.
the amount u get stays the same but u will need more for a lvl up so if u reached a spot where that jumps it will look like u get less but u dont
