Server transfer problem

Hi all,

I decided I had enough of the server I was on and wanted to change servers. However everytime I try to do so it says I have non transferable items in my inventory and this ofc is stopping my progress from moving, I'll upload some pictures but if anyone could help and tell me what's causing the problem, this would be grately appreciated.
