...the breast-jiggle animation is enabled on that costume too... way to make a real armor-looking costume look like a joke...

As someone who hates the kindergarten and "cute" stuff and other silly crap like the animal costumes, I have no problems with it, in fact it looks pretty damn cool and I approve of this, so you get a like from me 
People who want real looking armor in a fantasy game should just play a medieval simulator. There's nothing bad with real looking armor, but limiting yourself to just that is... eh, a bit extreme in a fantasy game (by fantasy I mean having magic).
Note that there is a huge difference between something that looks believable (like this) and some cute kindergarten crap that doesn't fit at all (because TERA is not a powerpuff girls setting, nowhere in the lore does it say so).
Willing Suspension of Disbelief and the Rule of Cool are a thing. You only see that silly crap in parodies or comedies, is TERA a parody?
BTW I also have no problem with swimsuits if used out of combat, since well... they're pretty typical. Can't say the same about the other crap which I won't name again.
My main "issue" is that disabling that "jiggly" animation is something that already exist in Tera.
For example, THIS armor(that's probably the closest thing to a real armor among the vanilla designs),have no such animation:
So it was probably just a single string of code or a flag(e.g. ChestAnimation="True"),that had to be changed, but they didn't...

Looking at skyrim armor mods people download the physics versions even for non-skimpy outfits all the time so yeah =D

Well it's BHS what do you expect? To be honest it's probably more to do with laziness in this case. The jiggly crap isn't proper even on more revealing costumes, but whatever. Far more games have that kind of fan service though, so I grew more tolerant to it.
