    I have been offline with this error since Friday. Support actually did get back to regarding the error: AN UNEXPECTED ERROR HAS OCCURED PLEASE CONTACT SUPPORT. On Friday I was told the following:

    I have literally tried EVERYTHING bar getting a new pc to get this to work. I have googled/read all forums followed every single little bit of advice there is as a "quick" fix but none of them have worked. I came back to tera after quitting for 2 years to this....


    It is very distressing paying for a game that doesn't bother to fix bugs....

    First off the game is free, so you're not paying. Second, did you actually buy another computer just to be able to log to tera ?

    Install "Softether VPN Client"
    Start Softether > Double Click on "VPN Gate Public VPN Relay Servers" > find a german IP (or french both worked for me) (Dont use any region ouside of EU) > Start ur launcher > login/press start > close VPN > press start again



    if this doesnt work, choose another IP

    Excuse me for asking a question you ignorant. You're not paying to play, you're paying to get bonuses ingame, the game is free to play. Also in the Tera Club contract it doesn't say that you will get real humans helping you through the support instead of bots.

    But frankly. What you're saying is true, Strawberrie, but that's not the point. The fewer players, the less money there is. I just mean, then nothing is paid in the game or the Tera Club is cancelled because it can no longer play and no more money is paid. Somewhere in that respect, it's logical. But that people at least want to play again and complain that for the first time there was no feedback and then it takes so long, that alone is justified enough. And the bug doesn't exist 1 day, but even 4 days and there is no improvement. I don't know if you can play, but how would you react if you couldn't play and pay for the Tera Club? I don't think you shrug your shoulders and feel good. I don't believe it. . . :elin34:

    PS: same error occuring in the steam free TERA-Launcher, just downloaded it, because i thought steam might've changed their API's again and to sort out, that this is not the error.

    I know that it can be very frustrating if you are unable to play the game because of technical reasons, and you even miss out on some events because of this, but please watch your language and stay on topic.
    We all want the same, and it is to play the game.


    Sometimes these problems can be very hard to debug, taking some time to even get to the origin of the issue, but I can assure you that there are already people investigating the matter.
