They must be kidding. Useless support, generic answers, no fix, no solution. Honestly, without players they are dead and they still don't get it. I demanded kind of refund or something for losing weekend event, league of levelers, dungeons event and enchanting % raised event but I doubt these idiots do anything. Time to say goodbye to this game after more than a year of bugs, issues, useless "improvements" and other things that honestly should kill such game publisher company. I cannot believe they did not create ANY announcement, any apologies, nothing! When something like that happens to any other company, players are informed. But I guess Gamef***k is feeling so okay with themselves that they don't think they own anything to players. Sad.

I feel that this is not read or noticed at all. Slowly the question arises as to whether this is important for the team, that people can not log in ... After the forum, not a single feedback was given ... I guess not. Very sad

Even on their official unofficial discord you get no help either even if all the mods are there. Not a single statement. Well atmorph tried atleast with a solution which sadly didn't worked

Can't be that hard to post something useless like this instantly -
2 days can't log in. 2 days of lost membership. It's not even funny anymore...
