I tried to use is while wearing an hat, wearing a restyled hat, not wearing an hat, but every time said "You can't use Hat Style Fixer", so I was wondering what this item should do.
It's supposed to do what 'restyle hat' does when you choose it from the menu, except gf decided to make the changes free and unlimited. On NA, only the first change is free, later ones require you to pay by purchasing this item.
