Hello, i'm writing for a friend of mine that since friday evening is not able to connect to the game and any gameforge related website (he suddenly just dced from the game): the launcher gives him this error while every gameforge website doesnt load, like in this screenshoot (is in italian but is just the usual not being able to access to a website).
His provider says there's no problem by their side, so he tried to contact support and got a reply just this morning since it was weekend and got told that is not a problem by their side either:

He did what he got told to do but nothing, he also tried a factory reset of the modem but still nothing to do, currently waiting for a next answer from the support.
He can access by using his mobile connection or by using a VPN (with the VPN tho he can't log in since they are banned).
Did anyone else else got a similar problem in past and would be able to help? Or is actually a problem by their side, unlike support said?
