Curious where to get a few things

1. and 2. usually from events like the balders festival of the sun, in exchange for event tokens. There is no other way of obtaining those that I'm aware of.
3. I haven't done ghillieglade in a long time but I used to get mine from there, not sure if it is still the case since I have canceled my subscription. You can also get them from entropic emblems (160 emblems).

You can also buy some small packs from the shop by time to time where you get those reshapers.

As for ghillieglade.. nah lol. I dont know if the semi enigmatic scroll drops there, but after tons of runs, not a single one, so if it does, the rarity is so extreme that we could say that it doesnt drop at all.

It has been removed since patch 72 i think from Ghilli

Someone got 15 of them from the roulette thing (100TT ffs) yesterday

Lol i must have like 2 packs of 100 of these things, are they sellable through broker? :p

There had been tradeable- and non-tradeable-ones. Don't know if tradeable semi-scrolls still exist. Sold them all long ago.
You can get them also at the stargift-dark-secret-weekend-rngesus-is-with-you-event-thingie.

As for 3 you can also obtain Veteran (meaning non tradable) Semi-Enigmatic scrolls from the Dark Secret, it's a 40 SES jackpot
