Sorcerer Animation Timing Bug

  • Hi,
    After Patch 75 there is a mismatch on timing for the sorcerer class.
    When I cast Meteor Strike i can see the animation but the damage popup (and the boss life is reduced accordly) after a while causing mess.


    It's something similar to Lock ons Timings

  • Its intended like this. they basically made base cast time from 3.4s down to 1.4s
    but they still kept the full animation length, so you can move and cast freely the next skills after the 1.4s base cast time


    its also one of the biggest buffs BH could have given to sorc, making such a low base cast time for one of your strongest skills

  • I kninda like new meteor strike because you are no longer locked in place for that long. It's a bit tricky to know when you are able to cast your next skill since im used to the old casttime (aka after casting meteor it happens sometimes i do nothing.)


    Btw you can cast the new ice needle while you casting other skills. I like this idea
