Alright let's have a nice discussion here about how the hell you fcked up CS about fpses... Playing bgs since 5 years on Tera... Never happened to me to NOT be able to play a BG cuz of fpses and freezes... Since many people experiencing this problem just like me in-game it's pretty clear you messed up something and ruined the fpses inside there...
Just to make you understand, this is literally UNPLAYABLE... People are gonna stop to que CS because of this... It has to be fixed immediately, like the lock ons animations problem.
Do something and fast, PLEASE. @Athena @Atmorph
P.S. As a friend told me (Koksi) by using client repair the fpses should go slightly better inside CS... we still need fixes but this can help you for now at least.
