MINI map since new UI system can't move it!

    Can you guy's fix the mini map options.


    I have it in the middle almost and wanna move it to next to quest list. Like this printscreen shows it that i can move to it more right side so i have more space in the middle.

    I moved the thread into a more appropriate section.


    Currently I'm not at home so I cannot check if there is an option somewhere like there was with the old UI.
    You can always hide it though, the default Key for hiding the mini map would be "N".

    I know but i like the mini map so you can find the stuff what you need to do :D.



    So i hope that it will be fixed because this new UI makes everything more smaller because i did't have the space between my quest list and mini map.
    Since new UI it does have space so i wanna move it more to my right you know :elin29:

    I logged in yesterday and i could move the mini map without Problem.
    You might want to check the UI Option for mini map and unlock it.

    Whether or not your map is locked or unlocked is information saved on the server and not in your local files. So, what you can do to "access" this setting is this: open your options and go to UI settings, click "reset all" at the bottom. HOWEVER if you click "apply" or "OK" then, certain settings in your UI will be reset along with it (UI size and such), including the fact that the map will now be permanently unlocked and movable. If you don't want the other settings to be back to default, you can start the same way by clicking "reset all" in UI settings BUT then DON'T click "apply" or "OK" and just keep your options window open while you drag your map to position, and when that's done, close the options window (again, without clicking "apply" or "OK"). Everything's back to how it was, no changes, but you have now successfully moved your map. And to top it off, your map will still be locked lol. Hope this helped, took me some time to figure this out.

    I can confirm that this solution works.


    Go to Options -> UI Settings
    Click "Reset all" (!!!DONT CLICK APPLY OR OK!!!)
    Drag Minimap where you want it
    Close options window without clicking ok or apply

    Hi, is there anyway to make the mini-map smaller after the reset? i had this issue but the reset works, but still the mini-map is too huge. I do not understand why did develop remove the mini-map option in the first place.
