Need help tickets not really working

    2 weeks ago my account got blocked , i got a new isp, they asked me if i had proxy and some other things i said no never did, and they unblocked me , 7 days later , i get blocked again... i completely reinstall windows and only re download my steam and basic drivers nothing else. I have been waiting almost a week to play now , I could connect to the game with my phone but not broadband , now i cant use either , my ticket i submitted last week is still pending Ticket ID:

    • First support is not working during the weekends so if you submitted a ticket on friday or the weekend, you might not get a response until tomorrow. I understand your frustration but it is how it is. :c
    • Sharing your ticket ID here will not help, we can not help you with this (maybe the Community manager can but I assume she has more problems to deal with just a day before a major patch)
    • Security blocks caused by different IP and such might be lifted if you log in to the old account management page found here: https://account.tera.gameforge.com/?l=en
