Tera EU Time and Corsair Stronghold

Hi,

I'm playing this game only for Corsair Stronghold.
From my understanding, I can find matches only at Jackpot times.
I found a table of Jackpot times, can anyone tell me what timezone is it?
Also, any other tips how to find Corsair Stronghold matches more efficiently? Even if it requires me to go to NA servers. (I'm NA refugee)
