How auto loot pets work?

    Just bought my first pet (Baldi from the rng box) that it is supossed to auto gather resources and auto loot. What exactly means auto loot? because the pet is not picking anything at all. It refers only to gold? it doesnt work on other loot like feedstock or things like that? or is it bugged somehow? (this will be great to know so other players dont buy em).


    Or do i need to be level 65?


    If someone could explain this it will be really appreaciated. I only bought the pet for the auto loot feature (auto gathering , i dont care) and it turns out, it doesnt work, at all lol. Sigh. Before i make a support request i need to know if im missing something here.

    EDIT: Oh well, i completely missed the pet tab where you actually need to activate the ability.... lol.

    It works if you summon it.
    It works also if u give him food, check if its hungry or not (look at the claw symbol under ur HP-bar).

    Yeah thanks, the problem was that the pet cant do both things at the same time. Either is picking resources or is picking loot. Thats a shame. But well, good to know.
