Is guild recruitment dead on Killian? ​Haven't seen any adverts compared to other servers actively seeking members..

Guild recruitment is dead on all servers. The only guilds that still "recruit" are those useless big levelling guilds that send random invites in order to exploit low level players to gain free guild lvls.
Normal max level guilds do not recruit new players.

Then i was lucky i guess. I received an invitation in 3 of my characters in 2 days. lol. And i consider a guild with 200+ members a big one.. (dont ask for names, i dont even know the name of the guilds hahaha.). But maybe im wrong, im new to guilds and i didnt even bother (yet) to explore that part of the game.

My advice is try to make contact directly to Players with Guild. Ask them if you could join the guild or now. This you can achive by doing random dungeons with random ppl or maybe Teambuilding.Like @Sisko said Kilian is pvp server, so the good guilds are only recruiting good ppl with max lvl and Gears.
