As it is a useless item for Club members, but only club members can get it and it is untradable, maybe you can change it for 3h 30% XP item, everyone will be happy instead of being scammed.

Which is a good draw imho. You only get it as club, but already has the buff because you're club - find the issue in it.
Would it drop randomly at e.g. IoD or something, i would absolutely agree since without club crafting is a pain in the a***, but how it's worked until today was just pointless
