when you do healing immersion the target gets healed while the beam is still in the air, same for sleep and plague, they hit earlier.

-Lock on effects apply before the correct animation as before. In a nutshell, the speed of the lock-on are like 1.5-2x times faster while the animation is same as before. As far as I know from ktera it doesn't seem a class change or something cause I couldn't find anything of that sort. Also the ui cast time on skills is still same as before, example sleep says 1.5 sec while is kinda instant. So for sure something is going on one way or another and I would assume is the speed is not normal.
-Some says same happened on casting thralls that is faster. Thrall of life and thrall of vengeance seems faster.
-I don't know about other skills so plz if you think others as well say so.
JUST PLEASE FIX ON AN EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE. Or we would have to wait next patch for this to happen which will be I don't have a clue?

He is right the lock-ons make no sense anymore. Some animation arent even finished before the skill hits.

Thralls are faster as well yes, even with augmentation off/on. Regress is also pretty much instant.
Tenacity on some classes also apply instantly (from what I know, archer and slayer) Sorcerer silence and gyre is instant as well.

Can confirm about archer's tenacity. Apparently the same shit is happening on zerk's fear.

without any real note or bugfix note bluehole made all lockons that didn't use attackspeed before now use it.
and if a skill goes from not using atk speed to using it they basically go from 0 to 50, we all know how big that change isand yes it wasn't just made into lockons, mystic thralls cast with attackspeed finally(there are glyphs for atk speed that did nothing) and now regression uses attackspeed aswell
who knows if these will be fixed later

For Sorcerer are all lockons instant , except for Flaming Barrage

flaming barrage and archer's arrow volley already used attackspeed so they didn't get faster
