Stuck on Character Selection Menu

    Hello guys,


    i was playing Tera with my twin normally yesterday and then the game crashed.
    i re-logged in to the server (Mystel) and i chose my character, that's when i got stuck on character selection screen the play button, server list, new character, delete won't work
    i tried creating a new one and it seems it works fine but when i click on my main character .... stuck again :/:/


    Please help:


    Character Name: Anaciel
    Server Name: Mystel
    Location: Poporia -> Pora Elinu -> Emergency Camp

    Send a support ticket with Server, Character Name, Location and stuff like that.
    They should be able to fix it.


    Other than that not much you can do.

    tried to send a ticket but they wouldn't let me send one even if i tried to login to my account (login failed)
    P.S: they banned my twin don't know why we both created this accounts together today he didn't do anything wrong so......

    You need to create a new account there to use the system, just in case you tried to login with your normal game account.

    Some bans are for security reasons, some of them are just for 24hrs, some are permanent until you resolved the issue with the support.
    To make it short: You need to contact the support, no matter what.
