How the tera shop actually works?

    Been playing for about almost 2 weeks now, and i decided to make a purchase from the tera shop. But what is my surprise that most of the items are not available for buying. I can buy some things like some featured packs, or expensive items but some of em (almost half of em actually) are blocked and i cant even click on "buy".


    Is there any restriction? do i need to play more time or level my character up? the one im trying to buy for is only level 12.

    Some items indeed have a level restriction but that shouldn't be every item you can't buy.
    About the rest I'm not sure. Maybe they are race or gender exclusives you can't use.

    In case of many costumes the price is grayed out and you have to click on the name of the costume to get a sub-selection, where you can choose which exact costume of the featured theme you want to buy.

    Hm, i undestrand that but, for example, that box that cost 49 Thalers with the chance to get a wyvern mount, for example, why i cant buy that? i did it for my level 30 character. But when i try to do it for my level 14 (now) character, it wont let me. Same with other "regular" items. Problem is, since there is not a single clue, like a tooltip or whatever telling me why i cant buy it.. im totally lost. Tried to buy strongbox keys (or whatever they are called, cant remember now) and same , i cant. So, in the end i am looking at the screen asking myself , what i am actually able to buy lol?.

    Well, i didnt try costumes yet because they are incredibly expensive for some reason, and i dont think im ever going to pay something like that just for a costume, but i did that with other items (a new window popup appears as you say) but it didnt work.

    Just you wait until you buy so many RNG boxes for 1 mount. Compared to that, costumes are cheap. x)


    But as said before, some items and things are level or gender or race restricted, certain costumes can't be bought if you play with a specific race so... meh.

    Nah, i dont plan to buy more rng boxes for now, maybe one every week and thats about it. Im not a gambler. I understand about costumes not being able to wear for some races or genders, but things like those rng boxes, should be available for any character , race or whatever. I also see many other items blocked for some reason and as the rng boxes shouldnt depend on those factors. I have half of the shop blocked, my characters are 40 and 26 so i really dont have a clue lol. But well, i will keep playing becasue im sure im missing something.
