account banned

  • hello tera forum, im writing here because my account is got banned more than 1 week ago, tera support said there is something with payment after i purchased TT and they told me to contact with the billing support and i did it but the billing support doesnt answer me for 1 week and they are ignoring my tickets, im so frustrated that im thinking about contact with a lawyer and report gameforge in the police that they stole my money ( 100€ ) and then banned my account.


    maybe there is any chance someone can help me?

    Let me guess: You are waiting for the "Verify Gameforge Support" to finish their verification process.
    Nothing can be done here on the board anyway, do it like me and be patient x)

  • yes, they told me to wait for that verify shit thing and since then no answer, only ignores
    ive payed with my master card, purchase was succesful and the money has been charged from my card, so i dont understand whats the problem.
    if i wont get an answer tomorrow, which is 1.5 week then i will contact with a lawyer and report gameforge, i wonder what they will do in this case, they will have to pay me much more than 100€ because of this action

    as Noyn already mentioned we sadly can not help you on the board with that issue.
    In this case the Game Support will take care of it.


    It is also mentioned in the forum rules that it is not welcome to discuss/complain about ingame and or forum warnings/bans on the board. Rules
