Someone in guild today told me that will be a reset of xp points of equip in future.. is this true? I never have PP for get enough Golden Plate, and I have like 70k xp points on weapon because I am trying to upgrade all the rest first. Is this true? Or is only a fake news? I hope so, because would be not nice for returning players / newbie x.x

Yes but only for upgrades. So only when you go from TS+9 -> FM+0, FM+9 -> SC+0 and SC+9 -> HO+0. Also it will come some time in fall or winter.

Well jewelry only has upgrades so the gear exp is reset every time you upgrade. If you have a +4 weapon you are not upgrading you are enchanting and when you enchant the leftover exp is taken to the next level.
