Can't get my old mount from achiv

    Yo i was playing some time ago and return, i cant find my old mount from achiv. Its not in invetory,skill or reward tab. I cant create ticket so im asking for helpt his way. I attach screenshot for ya. Thanks for help.



    The mount you are talking about is only available for 21 days.
    So most likely it ran out of duration while you were not playing.


    There is another achievement called "All My Life" which grants you a permanent version of the Carmine Mount.

    Why can't you write to Support? Just because they've been unable to restore account access to a guy whose account got hacked last week despite telling him twice that he could log in, it doesn't mean they are COMPLETELY useless.


    Regarding your mount... It's a 3-week mount, i.e. a temp achievement mount. If you learnt the skill book 3 years ago, then it's long since expired. You could get the Sparky mount (again a dino/raptor but green) if you don't have it already. There are free 290 ms flying dragons now though, so you won't really be needing a 275 mount.


    If you don't have a veteran account (judging by the number of mounts you've got), you should buy a CD key for extra char slots and bank pages, as well as a month of TERA Club as trial. If you get a Collector's Edition key, you'll get an account-wide white lion mount. It doesn't have any special abilities, but it looks nice nevertheless and is permanent.
